It seems that there is delay and disconnection between the order and delivery. Love the product do not care for the customer service and delivery delays and disconnection it's a print? Not an original painting so why almost 2 weeks why the need for a customer service team in Philippines or needing the order number if I'm responding to their email? Slow and cumbersome
